Hi, my name is Anne Marie
and I created Evolve You Now.

I am an accredited and qualified Cognitive Behavioural Life Coach using a Mind Body approach. As the mind and body are interlinked in everything we do as human beings, it is essential that we address both to achieve a balanced state of calm, confidence and wellbeing to attain your life goals.

As a Mind Body specialist, I also teach yoga, mindfulness meditation, breathing practices and Pilates in London, as well as facilitating yoga-coaching retreats in the UK and Europe.

Likewise, in my work as a coach and course facilitator, I specialise in stress management, confidence, wellbeing, resilience, personal development and performance.

My own life journey up to now has given me the most amazing opportunities to learn, teach, coach and work in these areas which I am passionate about. Furthermore, everything, I share with my clients, I also practice myself.

In addition, for the last five years, I have held the post of Associate Lecturer at the Unversity of Chichester where I taught Creative Mind Body practices to acting undergraduates. I taught students to learn to breathe, relax and control performance anxiety, to enable them to be in creative flow for presence and better performance.

On top of that, I have facilitated workshops in stress management, resilience and wellbeing for clients such as Central Saint Martins and the University of the Arts, London.

 

My Story

Creating calm, confidence and helping you to become the best version of you through the mind and body is my purpose. It is a philosophy that I live by.

As a result, I have moved closer to reaching my full potential but it was not always like this for me.

If I had discovered the many benefits of mindset, personal development and the Mind Body connection sooner, I would have done things differently.

In my early twenties I had a mental breakdown. I suffered anxiety, panic attacks, insomnia, depression and other symptoms where I completely lost my ability to function effectively in everyday life.

It was the Mind Body practices and yoga that I teach now, alongside a lifestyle overhaul to embrace healthy living, that enabled me to overcome the breakdown and move forward with my life.

When I experienced burnout decades later, exacerbated by financial insecurity and dreams that felt as if they were slipping away, I knew that I was far from where I wanted to be. I felt unhappy, frustrated and unfulfilled.

It was then that I discovered the power of coaching and personal development, and when I began to change my mindset, language, limiting self talk and self-belief. The difference was immense.

I retrained as a Cognitive and Behavioural Life Coach specialising in stress management, confidence, wellbeing, resilience, personal development and performance, as well as qualifying as a NLP practitioner.

Today, my life has changed for the better as I love what I do and I am more confident, empowered, positive and happy.
